components.eventView.eventInfo.description:
A friendly and supportive peer-led group for people to speak about their experiences of living with OCD. Sutton OCD support group offers a friendly, non-judgemental place for people to speak about their experiences of living with OCD. We aim to give people space to share how OCD is impacting on their lives and to promote the belief that recovery is possible, and to help people work towards their recovery. We do not offer specific therapies or professional guidance, but instead, we provide an opportunity to share ideas and strategies, to provide mutual support, to share experiences and to offer advice about accessing local treatment services. The group is open to anyone affected by OCD, over the age of 18 - sufferers, family members, partners, friends, all are welcome. You do not need a referral to come to the group, if you would like more information contact Ovie on [email protected] or 020 8770 0172. As the event is run by an external community group, there is a chance this page does not reflect the latest information. please check the SMHF website (https://smhf.org.uk/) for the latest updates
